All done in a moment and with boiling water of 100°C! After all, only truly boiling water is good enough for the perfect cup of English tea.

In this case you adjust the tap to the highest position. The lowest position, on the other hand, is (for example) useful when you want to fill up a small pan with water in your sink. Thanks to the insulated spout, you can do one shortly after the other: just take hold of the spout and slide it up and down.Safety - Is it Safe?
All Quooker taps have a childproof push-and-turn handle. They are also height-adjustable and insulated. The Quooker has a push-and-turn mechanism to prevent unwanted operation. This ensures that the boiling water cannot scald children.
THROW AWAY YOUR KETTLE!
Every year, UK hospitals treat many thousands of adults and children for serious injuries relating to kettles (source ROSPA). Terrible burns and scalds are caused by the fact that the kettle itself is a hot object, it contains boiling water and it can so easily be tipped or overturned. A trailing flex is an invitation for a small child….
By contrast, the Quooker safety tap is a static installation and needs an adult hand to push and turn it on. It dispenses boiling water only when needed and it cannot be knocked over. The Quooker tap represents a major advance in kitchen safety.
Another kitchen hazard is pans of water left unattended on the hob to ‘Come up to the boil’, giving children the chance it injure themselves both with the hot water and the heat source. Quooker dispenses instant boiling water enabling cooking to start straight away.
Energy efficient and Water saving
One of the latest kitchen developments is the Quooker, the UK’s only 100°C boiling water tap. Proven to be water saving and Significantly energy efficient the cost of a Quooker tap providing boiling water on tap, in your home, 24 hours a day is just 3p standing cost for a 3 litre tank per day.
In addition, it significantly reduces waste. Water is wasted every time we fill a kettle – those power hungry beasts, which are often cited as the most wasteful electrical appliance in the home. Kettles are constantly being switched on and over filled throughout the day, increasing running costs. In contrast Quooker is energy efficient and instantly available, which means you only use the amount of water you need.
The 100°C boiling water guaranteed from a Quooker tap is therefore sterile, is there on tap. The unique vacuum tank dispenses just the right amount of water every time whether it’s tea for one, filling a pasta pan, quickly blanching vegetables or boiling an egg.
