Mark Towns and his family business is nothing short of exceptional. A big thank you to Mark and his team for making our recent extension and newly fitted bespoke Kitchen a relaxing and pleasurable experience. All the options were explained in detail and we were made fully aware of any necessary changes along the way before they happened. I never met the building inspector once, Mark handled the whole thing. The building, plumbing, electrics, plastering, decorating and fitting were all organised by Mark and carried out to the highest quality. The new extension and kitchen were delivered on time and look absolutely immaculate. I would not hesitate recommending Mark to friends and family. He works to an extremely high standard with a minimum of fuss and no mess. All rubbish was removed on a daily basis and our property was left immaculate when the job was finished. Mark is a true professional.

Mark did an excellent job of fitting our kitchen. This was not the easiest job as there was a 'hidden' partition wall that we did not know about. It promptly fell down upon removal of the old kitchen. Mark organised plasterers and extra help as required and presented us with a solution rather than a problem. Needless to say the kitchen was fitted on time. Mark takes pride in his work and as a result our kitchen looks great. Would definitely recommend him to anyone in the area.

It was also great that Mark was able, and willing, to help with other issues that arose. Like climbing into our loft to fit a new TV ariel. Having read the reviews (as you're doing now) we thought they all sounded too good to be true. Mark carried out extensive work on our house, converting a store cupboard into a unique shower unit as well as transforming our bathroom. He completed a whole refit of our kitchen which needed a support beam as we extended the kitchen area. Recently Mark and his team carried out a loft partition and conversion on our grade 2 listed building. There was a lot of red tape but the job went without a hitch. The building inspector and myself could not be happier with his standard work.

Mark Town recently completed a small project for me tearing down a delapidated old porch and replacing it with a piece of top notch decking. The whole process from quotation to completion was quick and simple and the quality of the work is excellent. No fuss, no mess job done!

So in love with my new kitchen - Mark was given a difficult job of designing a kitchen for someone who didn't know what they wanted. My kitchen was damaged from a leak & I wasn't expecting to have to start from scratch. Mark gave advice & his honest opinion on what would look good in the space & guided me through what I wanted from my kitchen & in no time helped me settle on a final design.

Following lots of debate & re-designs (as I'm a bit fussy) I now have an amazing kitchen that I couldn't have designed by myself & I have everything exactly where I need it. Mark was extremely professional, amending plans after my changes of mind which was frequent. Showing us his home showroom, galleries of other work & providing books & samples helped us pick every last detail & made the process far less painful than it could have been.

Mark arranged everything (plastering, electrics, plumbing) and has put us in touch with other trades and has been a big help in getting our house back to normal after the leak. I would recommend Mark to everyone for his attitude, work ethic, knowledge and fantastic result. I am thrilled with my kitchen. Let's just say that our kitchen renovation wasn' t the type of job which most Kitchen companies would want! Our Kitchen is in the cellar, had uneven walls, ancient electrics, poor plumbing and various other issues. Town Kitchens took the bull by the horns and produced a design which maximised the available space, provided better ventilation and transformed the lighting. The quality of the fitting is superb. Cabinets have been scribed to fit uneven walls perfectly - and I do mean perfectly. Everything is absolutely solid and fits together perfectly.

The units are of excellent quality with soft closing drawers and doors. Above/under unit lighting is hidden yet floods the room with light. Mark's team are craftsmen who are able to create solutions from years and years of experience. Problems (uncovered by the removal of our previous kitchen) were swiftly overcome with a cheery attitude and a smile.

We feel like we have obtained a bespoke kitchen for an amazing price. We recommend that prospective clients visit Marks own kitchen (or ours!) to see the options available with coloured glass and modern options such as Quooker hot water taps. We are very happy with our kitchen. If you appreciate 'old school' values and quality, Town Kitchens are the team you should choose.

At the design stage Mark had lots of good ideas to help us get the kitchen that we wanted. He was knowledgeable in terms of what was needed practically and gave suggestions as to what would work together for the look of the kitchen.

When it came to installing we could not have asked for more. They worked quickly and very skilfully, removing all the old units from the kitchen and utility room, sorting out the electrics and plumbing etc. and then installing the new kitchen. This was done with minimal disruption to us. We were very impressed how quickly they got on with the task and yet worked to very high standards, producing a high quality kitchen that we can't praise enough. Mark also recommended craftsmen to complete the flooring, glass and heating work and all proved to be quality workmen.

We now have a top quality kitchen and utility room which look like they should be in a design magazine and yet are very practical to use. Everyone who has visited has been blown away by the kitchen.
